AoK Consulting has Arrived 

To accomplish the mission of AoK Consulting, I am activating my skills in communications and strategic planning to help companies actualize improvements to employee experience and optimize organizational excellence. 

The global community of HR and talent acquisition professionals was hit hard over the pandemic. In KarmaCheck’s 2023 State of Hiring and Recruitment Report, 73% of HR leaders report experiencing burnout. Turnover rates are at an all-time high across most industries and professions. 

Anecdotally, it’s easy to rationalize how employees who feel positive about their workplace culture may perform at a higher level. A collaborative study between Great Places to Work [GPTW] and FTE Russell provides some hard data as well, proving that companies on the “100 Best index” (Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work Forⓡ) outperformed the broader market by 16.5% in 2020. 

AoK Consulting Mission: Organize and activate meaningful improvements to employee experience.

Workforce has changed. Workplace has changed. Only more change lies ahead. 

Leadership that is ready to take accountability and truly invest in healthy culture and employee experience will be the biggest winners in the global war for talent.
